Heating plants for concrete batching factories

For ensuring continuous operation of the concrete plant it's necessary to defrost and heat up inert materials, sand and rubble, heat process water for concrete mix production, provide comfortable temperature inside factory.

In work process heating equipment produce steam-gas mixture with temperature of 350 C and hot water - 90 C. This steam-gas mix make defrosting and heating of inert materials, sand and rubble, and at the same time heating of water for technological processes of concrete factory.

Heat energy is used completely without any loss in form of flue gases escaping into the atmosphere.

We produce heating plant Proturan that completely provide heat for concrete factory in winter time. For production of our equipment we use high quality materials and accessories from the best manufacturers.

Thus, in heater structure we use only heat resistant stainless steel. For main lines we also use stainless steel and copper. This helped us to achieve a long service life of the most important and expensive part - the heat exchanger. Electronic and power components – Siemens, Vacon, Danfoss, Owen and etc. Pumps – made in Germany – Wilo.

Plant control system can be made in two types - on the basis of relay automation or using PLC. In both cases this is completely automatic system, that allows distract minimally operator of concrete mixing factory for plant Proturan control.

Heating systems Proturan allow completely provide all needs of thermal energy in winter time of concrete batching factory with ptroductivity from 30 to 150 m3/hour. Hot water for concrete mixing, truck mixer refilling, heating of the heat circuit of the plant and ancillary rooms plus simultaneous heating and defrosting of inert materials by steam-gas mix with temperature up to 350 C – this is Proturan plant.

This heating plant works in fully automatic mode – operator should only put necessary temperature of water, select the desired hoppers and put the time for their heating.
